Terms of Service

1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. Your reservation quote includes base rate, tolls, standard gratuity, and airport access fees as specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Standard airport transfers can be cancelled or modified up to 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup without penalty. Hourly charters require 24 hours advance notice.

3. Flight Tracking & Wait Time

We monitor all commercial flights in real time. Complimentary wait time applies to all airport arrivals (30 minutes for domestic, 60 minutes for international).
